Tom provides human capital solutions in the Banking/Mortgage industry. He conducts searches filling human capital needs at all executive level banking management positions. His work is predominantly centered in Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee and Missouri. Tom focuses his practice on predominantly exclusive, retained project work. On retained work, Tom has an interview to hire ratio of 2.74:1. Average per placement delivery time is less than 30 days.

Tom’s mission at Protis is to solve his client’s human capital problems utilizing tailored, executive search and organizational design solutions in an effort to better his client’s organizations. This focus on client-centric partnerships, as opposed to transactional services, distinguishes the Protis Financial Services team from their competition.

Tom brings a strong financial background to his role at Protis. Previous to Protis, Tom worked for ten years as a Financial Director in indirect lending with Pontiac-GMC, Toyota and Cadillac. While in this position, Tom was recognized nationally for outstanding performance and honored with numerous sales awards. His tenure in automotive lending and product services gave Tom great insight into the banking/lending industry that he utilizes in his day-to-day function at Protis.

Tom has qualified for national Pacesetter status based on outstanding sales every year, including his rookie year. He has been the recipient of numerous national awards throughout his tenure. In addition, Tom was the 2003 Branta award winner for Protis. Tom has also won numerous monthly activity awards.

Tom graduated from Hannibal LaGrange College with a bachelor’s degree. Tom enjoys spending time with his kids. In his limited free time, Tom enjoys football, basketball and running. Tom is a member of the Negative Splits Running Club in Indianapolis. Additionally, Tom is very involved in numerous church activities. Tom has added acting and singing to his activities by participating in different church related events.
