Meggie Dials is a Search Consultant in the Consulting Services Division at Protis Executive Innovations.  In 2006, she was promoted to Team Leader in the Division in addition to her other duties.  In her capacity at Protis, Meggie is responsible for sales as it relates to project work in Staff Augmentation including Contract Staffing, Contract to Hire and Direct Hire.  Her area of specialty is Information Technology & Information Services, specifically focusing in:  ERP systems, Applications, Business Intelligence and Network/Hardware.

Meggie joined Protis after two years of successful human capital staffing and sales experience.  She excelled as a top producer in staffing during this time period.

Meggie is a graduate of DePauw University where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor degree in Communication.  Meggie has philanthropic ties that bind her to DePauw as she remains active in affairs relating to assisting current students with career guidance.  From interview to resume workshops and lectures for current students, Meggie has been a dedicated alumnus with participation in various forums to benefit the university and its student population.

Outside of her time at Protis, Meggie loves to travel, read and participate in local networking groups.  She also is the proud parent of Harper, a dachshund of whom she adores.
