Mike Ganly is a Search Consultant in Banking/Mortgage at Protis.   He works in conjunction with fellow team members Tom Blackwell and Lori Shugars.  They concentrate their efforts with market specialization in a territory consisting of Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi and Tennessee.  Mike’s role on the team is in business development with client talent acquisition ranging from Branch Managers to Presidents.

Mike, Lori and Tom have received numerous national and internal recognitions for their sales performance.

Mike has a 20 year financial services career ranging from VP Operations of a small community bank to operating his own commercial insurance agency and mortgage brokerages. Mike’s experiences have given him detailed insight and advantages which have enabled him to successfully assist his client partners in filling their corporate hierarchy with the top talent the industry has to offer.
