Cindy Martin, Resource Sales Manager

Cindy Martin is a published Author, Speaker, Entrepreneur and, as of October 2007, a welcomed member of the Protis Executive Innovations team.  She joins Protis as Resource Sales Manager with the sole mission of “creating a more streamlined approach in the way we manage our growing candidate base and awareness with external clients.”

Cindy has a strong background in Strategic Sales and Marketing from her experience garnered at corporate entities such as BP Amoco, Pfizer, Inc., and Eli Lilly and Company.  She accomplished entrepreneurial success as an Executive Consulting Manger where she assisted organizations in identifying and retaining a growing list of qualified new-hire talent through the implementation of their student-internship programs.  Her most notable client was Wellpoint, Inc., where she provided its Human Resource executives with demographic research and targeted solutions for both their former and prospective student-populations.  Cindy also experienced another entrepreneurial accomplishment involving small business organizations, where she provided general management solutions that helped increase their overall efficiency, financial return and debt-reduction.

Cindy graduated from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida where she received both her Bachelor of Science and Master degrees in Business Administration.

Cindy enjoys interacting in small focus groups that inspire creative thought; reading inspirational biographies; organizing social/career events that enlighten, entertain and recharge those in attendance; and living out her primary life-principle, “To live each day evolving into the complete person I was intended to be.”
